loveit? shareit!
Whilst we’re still not 100% sure as to when the Google Pixel 4a will be released, there have been some hints as to what the handset will offer eager consumers. From design to camera quality, we’ve noted all the details you need to know in the lead-up to its release!
The Pixel 4a is rumoured to continue with the same stylings as its predecessors however, leaked images and information has led us to believe that the handset will have slightly smaller dimensions than the Pixel 3a.
According to Google9to5, the Pixel 4a will measure at 5.81 inches and will host an AMOLED panel but with higher resolution specifications, including a 2340 x 1080 pixel layout. It’s also expected that the upcoming device will revive past features such as the standard 3.5 mm earphone jack- which many individuals have mourned over recent years!
Similarly, the device will rely on past innovations such as fingerprint unlocking when it comes to market, rather than newer face-scanning technologies. Perhaps, a small sacrifice to make for a more economic model.
Another thing to note is the 4a will be the only model in its release – sparing individuals the confusion of choosing between similar designs and debating price comparisons.
If Google devices are known for anything, it’s stellar camera quality. The majority of their handsets have competition-beating cameras and we doubt that the Pixel 4a will be the exception to the rule!
The device will continue to offer some noteworthy features, such as; portrait mode, HDR+, astrophotography, and low-light capabilities. All of which would give mainstream devices a run for their money!
As we’ve already discussed, the Pixel 4a won’t be homing any revolutionary new features but there is still much to shout about. Check out what you could have with the new release:
With these features in mind, it’s unlikely you’d be disappointed with Google’s latest device!
Whilst other elements of the Pixel 4a are still uncertain, the price is something that has been largely agreed on throughout the tech community. This device is expected to set to cost consumers less than £399 – a cheaper alternative to the Google Pixel 4.
Of course, price is always important when considering a new purchase. That’s why the rumoured price of the Pixel 4a is so exciting! The device has some incredible features, albeit not the most up-to-date, alongside a reasonable price tag.
However, when considering a purchase you must recognise that the initial cost doesn’t account for any further fees that you’ll run into after the purchase, such as; insurance, screen protectors or additional cases. Thus, it’s important to approach insurance providers, accessory manufacturers and those of the like to ensure that you are also happy with the cost of protecting your shiny new phone!
